The prices in our printed media and on our website include VAT and are accurate at the time of publishing. However, situations may occur where prices are incorrectly quoted as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In these situations you will be informed of the correct or revised price once your order has been received by us, and should you not wish to purchase the product at that price we will cancel that part of your order. We strive to get the best prices from our suppliers to pass on to our customers. However, we may be forced to increase our prices in line with increases due to changes in currency rates, raw material costs, VAT increases or other external factors.
We accept payment by PayPal as well as most major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure online payment system.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order, then once all the goods are ready we will send a second email to confirm we have shipped your goods.
Our standard delivery prices to addresses in mainland UK: Electric scooters (Maxx or Minii): £35 Spares and accessories: depending on weight and urgency a range of delivery options are available to you. We will normally despatch using the most economic delivery option. If you have any special request, please call or email us stating your preferences. In general goods with an order value over £100 will be sent by Special Delivery™ Next Day with Royal Mail.
If your item is out of stock, we will order it for you. You will always be contacted by phone or email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If any of our products develop a problem, please call us so we can diagnose the problem and if possible help you resolve the issue on the telephone. You will also receive a claim reference number. If the problem persists we may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection. We regret that we can’t accept returns without a claim reference number. If we can’t fix the problem we will return the product to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. This does not affect your statutory rights. If found faulty we will refund or exchange the goods within 7 days of purchase provided they are undamaged, in a saleable condition i.e. in original packaging with labels still attached.
For orders made from the UK 17.5%, or the prevailing Value Added Tax (VAT) rate at the time of purchase, is added. All prices in our printed media or our online shop are quoted inclusive of VAT.
